Errror message on startup

I have mesage: windows has stopped to prevent serious
damage to computer on blue screen.The error message
starts:Stop0x0000007e
(0xc0000005,0xf91adc27,0xf9e69840,0xf9e69540)it continues
with TBCspud.sys-address f91adc27 Base at f9195000,Date
Stamp 3b8d7887.Can anyone tell me how to fix this,is it a
windows xp problem or a dell problem?

this is a windows XP problem and not a hardware problem
