When I bring up one of my weather websites, I get an error message and I lose
it. It mentions the Interactive Consumer Application So. What is this? Please
help me.

Since you didn't give any specifics as to which "weather websites", I'm
going to give a guess here and say that whatever weather applet you had
installed carried malware. Perhaps you wisely removed that malware and
now the weather app won't run without it.

Firefox has a very nice weather extension called ForecastFox. You might
consider installing Firefox 2.0 and the ForecastFox add-on if you're
into weather. It certainly would be better than using malware-driven
programs.
