errors with send/recv email at hotmail account

running Outlook 2002 XP SP2, setup to send/recv email at
hotmail HTTP account, with SPA login not active
get error on each auto send/recv: 0x800CCC35 The server
cannot process the request. The server responded Method
Not Allowed. Any ideas out there? Thks
