errors while synchronising

Hi,

I am using Win XP Prof and used to synchronize my files
when working out of networks. But once I have downloaded
the new security files it makes me impossible to
synchronize my files. Consequetly, I am now confronting
with the # versions of the same files.

The message I receive that system is unable to merge the
offline changes on... and that the parameter is incorrect.

How can I remede to this problem.

I've given up on offline files - too many problems. See www.centered.com -
their app does this MUCH better.

I have been having similar problems, did you manage to
resolve yours ? My problem is that when I am online and
open a file on the shared drive, my laptop says that I am
now working offline. Closing the file and opening the
shared drive reveals that the files are missing but the
directory structure is intact. ie I can navigate through
all the directories but cannot see any files. The files
re-appear when I choose 'synchronise'.
