Errors popping up

When I turn my computer on, two boxes pop-up with
everything that starts up.

One box says "Runner Error - Invalid BackWeb application
id '137903' "

Another says "RUNDLL - Error loading C:\WINDOWS\bxxs5.dll

The specified module could not be found. "

I have no idea of how to make these go away.
The RUNDLL error starting popping up after I tried to un-
install Internet Explorer and failed at the attempt.
Also, when I go to turn my computer off, a box pops-up
stating it's trying to end the program RUNDLL because it
wasn't working properly. I always have to click "End Now"
to make the computer turn off.
Please help.

1) Make sure your Internet Connection Firewall is turned
on,
2) Get anti-spyware software - it's free - and keep it
updated.
