Errors on XP

Hello peeps.
I need some help, please....
I have a few questions on a couple of errors I get. I am
running WINXP. I have a administrator account and a guest
account. Everytime I switch to the guest account I get 2
errors "failed to initilaze network access and cannot open
debug file" Can anyone help? Thanks

The 'Guest' account should be disabled as a security measure. What happens if you disable that account?

Nothing happens if I disable it, the only reason that I
have the guest account open is so that other family
members do there thing on there instead of my
administrators account. These messages only pop up
between switching.
