Errors on Win2k install

Sorry if this appears elsewhere, I couldn't find anything
on this so here goes:
Trying to install Win2k Pro and I keep getting the
following error:

disk I/O error: status = 00003200

I've tried all over the 'net to find an answer, it seems
to be installing albeit very very slowly. What, pray tell,
does this mean?

There was probably an issue with your RAID controller. Do you by chance
have a FastTrack controller. If so, when you install make sure that you have
the latest drivers available and use F6 to specify these drivers during
boot.
