Errors in Outlook

I just posted the problem with BCM and attempted to get to my Bus. Contact
listings and recived the following message: "Microsoft Office Outlook: The
set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was
unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL. Be sure the service is
corretly installed and configured." Is this error connect to the BCM failure
to initialize errors? Is there anyone out there with answers today? Thank
you for any response.

Try un-install all MS Framework (1.0-1.1-2.0) and then re-install....
It helped me, and I had a similar problem
