Help Please!

Error Message: The set of folders cannot be openened. An unexpected error has
occurred. MAPI is unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL. Be sure
the service is currently installed and configured. What?

What do I need to do to get BCM up and running?

So did you?

Tried a repair on your installation already?
Otherwise, ask in a BCM newsgroup.
Also, don't forget to include your versions.
