Errors Event ID 7000

The General Purpose USB Driver (adildr.sys) service failed
to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is
disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated
with it.

I am running Windows XP Ser Pck 1A
I have Abit Motherboard model no: NF7-SV2.0
AMD 2800+ Barton
768 RAM DDR, 2100

I've got this Error Message in the Event Viewer only
