I got some pictures from my sister in my E-mail I have down loaded on
Abode, Zip-Disc , CDplayer in my computer doucument and Multimedia Payer
keep responding that file format is not correct .How can I get these pictues
tp paly on my computer Windows 2000

Take a look at the properties on one of the files (right
click it, then properties) and see what the file format
is. you copuld then search on th web for an appropriate
viewer for that type of format (the format will be
the .*** on the end of the filename (.jpg for jpeg
images, .psd for photoshop files, .mix for Picture it
publishing) Some formats will not be viewable unless you
have the correct piece of software (the case with
Photoshop and picture it publishing I think)

Once you have the view installed, the icon for that type
of file should change to indicate it is openable - double
click it and the image should appear.
