Every time I log on to my computer an error box pos up
stating Error: Monitor Start: Unable to set Talkback
system hook. Does anyone now how to get rid of this. its
pretty annoying

Do you have Oracle installed and is it set to run on startup. If yes,
disable it and reboot. If this resolves the issue, start Oracle manually as
opposed to having it run on startup.
