Error Z0001: Internal error - Oxford Phrase Builder Genie

I have a valid copy of CD Rom Dictionary entitled “ Oxford Phrase Builder
Genie†(which was bought 5 months ago). The CD Rom frontcover states that it
supports Windows XP. This dictionary (which is installed in my PC) worked
properly under Windows XP SP1 environment without any problem until I had
Windows XP SP2 package installed 2 days ago.

Once Windows XP SP2 has been installed in my PC, the Oxford Phrase Builder
Genie no longer works and an error entitled “Error Z0001: Internal Errorâ€
keeps popping up. I guess that it may be due to an incompatibility problem
(between Oxford Phrase Builder Genie and Windows XP SP2 package.)

I should be most grateful if any one would let me know how such
incompatibility problem can be fixed or whether there is any patch available
to fix such problem.

I really need the Oxford Phrase Builder Genie on my PC as I use it at work
almost every day.

Check with the program vendor to see if they have a patch for SP2.
There is nothing from MS for this.
