I am receiving the above error message in Outlook 2003 when clicking the
send/receive button. Anyone out there who can help?

If you open Outlook in safe mode, does the error still occur?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

Note there is a space between outlook.exe and /safe.

If you're running Vista, please advise. The above command is not exactly the
same.
