Error With Sysprep "0x5f1a340b"

Please someone help me. I'm trying to make a image for many different
workstations. I have a master pc setup the way I want it. Then I run
sysprep create a image using Ghost, everything works good until the mini
setup runs and bam I get this error.

Setup.exe - Application error.
The instruction a "0x5f1a340b" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The
memory could not be read.

It happens right when the mini setup is finished or just finished loading
the drivers.
I have run sysprep every way I can think of and created many different .inf
files and they all get the same error.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Check that you are using the latest version of sysprep:

Also, you could try to start the Telephony service before you use the
Sysprep mini-setup program to start the computer from the Sysprep image.
You can disable the Telephony service after you complete the Sysprep
mini-setup program.
