Error with Synctoy

I'm syncing between my laptop and computer.

I have some subfolders selected not to sync. The problem is when I make a
new folder under that subfolder, when Synctoys runs it syncs those folders.

It as hassle to have to uncheck those all the time. Why can't Synctoy keep
all subfolders unchecked?
 
Me, and heaps of other people are having the same problem. You would think M$
would actually read these forums and get feedback
