error with redone microsoft xp

I had to reenter my XP, now I am trying to register it
onto the internet and it says it has been enter too many
times. i'm not sure what to do
Please help

Select "Activate by phone", call Microsoft and explain the situation. It
should take 5 minutes to complete depending on the time of day you call.
