Error while trying to copy a profile from Admin to Default account

Failed to set Security on the Destination Profile. Error-
Access is Denied.


I successfully did this yesterday on another box, with
Windows XP Pro as the OS. Today, on a new box running XP
Pro, it will not let me copy the profile, and gives me
the above error message.
 
You must use a third account that is neither the copied
nor the copied-to. Also, it helps to do this just after a
fresh reboot as the copy effort can see some files still
in use if you have just freshly logged off from one of
the two accounts involved in the copy (to or from).
