Error While Spell Checking in Outlook 2003

I'm getting the following: Error while spell checking.
Click OK. when I try to compose a new message and have
spell check run before sending. It will error out and
send the mispelled message as is. Spell check will not
run manually either giving the same error. This error is
occuring in Outlook 2003 (full client) on a networked
Windows XP computer. HELP ME PLEASE. Thanks.
