Error when trying to retrieve e-mail

For the last two days I receive the following error
message when trying to retrieve my e-mail messages.
What could be causing this and how do I get rid of the
problem and start receiving my e_mail messages again?


Task 'MSN - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this
problem continues, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded:
+OK 316 bytes'

Sounds like the error I get too. Outlook stops receiving email unless I go
to the mail server and delete the mail, and I've not found a work around yet
other than what I just mentioned. Try this, and let us know if you ever find
a fix for this. I've been searching for 4+ months.
