Error when trying to open spreadsheets

Excel launches fine, but recently each time I try to open my spreadsheets I
get an error popup saying: "An error occured while loading Sheet
111111111111111. Do you want to continue loading the project?" I'm
completely up to date on all Office updates and security patches. What is
causing this problem and how can I fix it??

This has also Happened to me recently, I get exactly the same error message
with the only difference being the number after the sheet, mine says sheet
351112111111111111111111111 Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
