Error when submitting forms

Sonars_UK

Hi,

Whenever I submit a form on a site I designed with FP2002 I get the
following error message.:

====================
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

====================

I shall contact support at the web host tomorrow morning, but it would be
nice to fix the problem beforehand.

Thanks in advance for any advice. If you would like to see the problem
first hand you can view the site at:
www.theroominteriors.co.uk whilst at the home page click on 'Online Enquiry
Form' at the bottom of the page.

Just one final note. All other FP aspects work fine.

Regards,

Sonars UK

Have your host check / reinstall the FrontPage extensions. There don't seem
to be any installed for your web site.

Sonars UK,

As Steve pointed out, this could be a result of missing or
corrupt extensions. The FrontPage Error can be a result of
extensions or form properties.

Try sending your results to text file set to Formatted
text to see if this makes a difference. The file name can
be anything as long as it exists in the _private folder. A
common one is _private/form_results.txt
