I have a user that is running Office XP Professional and
Outlook 2003. When he starts his Outlook, an error box
pops up for 'c:\Documents and Settings\"User
Name"\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\c:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a
valid Office Add-In.
Knowledge Base Article 235009 lists this error and a ork
around for OL2002 but nothing for OL2003 is listed. The
Outlook Sync is not even listed in the Add-in Manager so I
can't uncheck it.
