Error when reconnecting to the network drive

Hi,

Got error message: “An error occurred while reconnecting H: to
\\server\share. Microsoft Windows Network: The local drive name is already in
use. This connection has not been restored." After log off and log on back,
it restored. The local drive name is not in used.

Need help!

Lisa,

Well, there's good news and bad news here. The good news is there may be a
hotfix for your problem. The bad news is that you will have to contact PSS for
the hotfix.
