Error When Moving Mail to Personal Folder

An error message "unable to move item, unknown error" when
moving an email from mailbox to personal folder. This
particular mail opens, saves and prints OK. Other mails
can be moved OK. User has Outlook 2002, Exchange server
2000, W2K.
 
This could be deep inside. In order to help resolve this issue you hav
to let me know if this is happening when you are connected to th
exchange server from a remote location, i.e. the computer is home an
the server is at work and you are home attempting to move mail from th
servers mailbox to your personal folder.

This is in office environment, client is a desktop
connected to LAN. In Outlook a mail in the Mailbox inbox
is dragged/moved to the personal folder of the user and
this "unable to move...unknown error" occurs.
