Error When Installing Windows Xp Pro

I was trying to reinstall Windows Xp Pro

This is what I did :
- Insert the disk
- choose new installation
- fill the key-code

The pc started to copy files from the disks, and then I got this error
message :'setup was unable to retrieve or save information about your disk
drives'. 'acces denied'.

what do I have to do ?? someone pls help me...

Are You try to do a clean install? repair /install or install a second copy
of the os(dual boot)
