Error when I try to save changes

Hi,

I am working with a Ppt file created by someone else. It is 109 slides long
and is HUGE. When I make a change and then try to save, I get the error,
'There was an error accessing <file path/file name>.ppt.

Even when I rename it, I still get this error. I do not see why I should
have to break it up into 5 smaller presentations to make changes to it.

Anyone know what this error message means?

Your best bet is to ask this question in a newsgroup/forum dedicated to
PowerPoint, not Word.

Yes, I realized I accidentally posted it to a Word forum. I have now posted
it in a ppt forum. Thanks.
