Error when I close IE

I receive an error message when I close an IE window. I suspect my computer my be infected with spyware, but I've run Adaware and it can detect nothing. Please tell me what I can do to eliminate this problem.

the error states that it occurs in module WBHOOK32.DLL
How can I correct this error? Thanks.
 
You have already been supplied an answer. What was wrong with it?
Did you reinstall McAfee or check their support site?
