Error when browsing Internet

When I start bowsing Internet always withing two minutes,I
receive an error messag: NT Authority/System ... Remote
Procedure Call (RPC) will shut down your system - and
then it counts down from 45 seconds giving me a chance to
save my data.

Please let me know how to fix this problem
