error "vpsjgk.dll

After a few minutes of surfing the web i get this error
msg " Explorer has caused an error in - vpsjgk.dll if you
continue to experience problems restart your computer".
If i select "ok restart" my computer goes blue, if I just
move the error msg to the bottom of my screen I can
continue without many problems.. What could cause this,
and how do i fix it???
