Error using USB

Recently purchased a Sanyo Digital Voice Recorder with USB
connection. When I connect to the computer, I receive an
error at ntoskrnl.exe. I don't have this problem when
using a scanner or digital camera - only the digital voice
recorder.

Operating system is Windows 2000 Pro.

According to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 819895,
there is a hot fix but you have to specifically request it
from Microsoft or wait for the next SP.

Would you please send me the hot fix or direct where I can
go to download?

From what I read on the net, Windows 2000 service pack 3

should fix the problem, which can be downloaded from
Microsofts Website.
