Error sync with hot mail

I got this error and don't know how to fix it. Can anyone show me how?

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. This account does not
have permission to synchronize your mail. To sign up to gain permission to
synchronize with this account, please go to http://ideas.live.com and join
the notification list for this Windows Live Mail product. You will be
notified when your account is enabled. Server:

Yes, this error message has a very easy solution. Simply have your people
convince Microsoft to send you an invitation to this specific Hotmail
account to be part of the WLMB test. There. Simple.

Hotmail is no longer supported under Vista.
you can use Hotpop to retrieve hotmail.

I think what it is trying to tell you is that you need Live mail. Try
signing up for it, it sould fix it.
