Error: "swflash.ocx"

I continue to get an error box on my screen that states: Could not find the file "swflash.ocx". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is for ShockWave Flash.

Just browse your way over to the MacroMedia web site and reinstall Flash from there.

I has this problem, and evenyually realised that not only did it appea
after the system had been on standby, but it also appeared when m
screensave should have "kicked in". I then noticed that the scree
saver I had selected was one was nolonger stored on my PC. Thereby, b
simply going to my control panel display setting, and selecting
different screensave, the problem has been solved, and I no longer ge
this error message, instead a screensaver.

Simple. I hope it works for you.
This was a problem that only arose after I had installed XP servic
pack 2, so I can only presume that installing SP2 also removed m
screensavers that were not windows based.
