Error Starting WWW Server

I have just installed additional Windows components to set up WWW server
on WXP Pro. I went
Computer_Management/Services_and_Applications/Internet_Information_Services(IIS)Manager/Web_Sites/Default_Web_Sites
and noticed "Error" on Default Web Sites. I right clicked and clicked
"Start" then "Unxepected error 0x8ffe2740" was returned.

Please help.
 
Rebooting the machine did not cure the problem. Any further suggestion
would be appreciated.
