Error Signature

Hello friends.........

I hope and pray you can help me. I've had this problem
over a month now. I have a Compaq Presario S4100NX.

The serial number is MXM3370CP6.
I'm using Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. (Version
2002)

My Internet connection is thru Cox Cable.
I'm always using Internet Explorer, however....
when I exit some sites, I get the following message :

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Error Signature :
AppName : iexplore.exe
ModVer : 6.0.2800.1264
AppVer : 6.0.2800.1106
Offset : 000bf178
ModName : mshtml.dll

Please........PLEASE!!!........
