Error signature

hi guys
I have got a windows XP Professional installed in my system. The window runs
normally. But when i try to access to Control Panel the system hungs for a
while and then restarts . After that i receive an error message. In which it
is written that window has revocered from a serious problem. the error is as
follows :

Error signature:

BCP3:0000001 BCP4:804F5C59 OSver:5_1_2600 SP:2_0 Product :256_1
