Error Signature on Dell Dimension 9100 XP

Our Dell is crashing and the error signature we get is BCCode: a BCP1:
C0000000 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000000 BCP4: 80505A0F OSVer:
5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product: 768_1

Does anyone have any suggestions for diagnosing this error? Any help
or ideas would be much appreciated!

I suggest to get more info from microsoft on the utility before you run it,
but go to run,type:VERIFIER Run the utility.
