Error Shell 32.DLL

Hi,

Hope you'd be able to help. My CD driver was not working
so a friend of mine took it away. Yet when I tried to use
my computer I had the Windows Millenium screensaver and a
meesage reading about "error Shell 32..., try to restart
your computer" this happened last week and it's impossible
to restart it. What can I do?
