Error: Service control manager??

Can someone help me fix this error? Thank you.
BTW I'm the only user on my XP Pro SP2, with Admin rights of course. Spyware and
Virus Free..

Go to Start>Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes).Scroll down
Services to the 'Windows User Mode Driver Framework' then set it to
Automatic.

Thanks for the reply. The error and program are remnants of a botched WMP 10
install. I've corrected my System Services.
