Error sending email

When I attempt to send email I receive the error: The operation failed. An
object cannot be found.

I have deleted my profile and recreated it to no avail. I am truly stuck.

Outlook version? Have you tried running Detect and Repair? Did you make any
other changes to Outlook and/or your computer right before this started
happening -- for example, installing an antivirus program or a Windows update?

Outlook 2007.
Added MioNet software for an external hard drive from Western Digital.
After installing the software I started getting blue screens so I disabled
the software. After that my Outlook has been only successful in receiving
email, not sending.
I have been unable to find the Detect and Repair at the location Microsoft
articles state it is supposed to be. I attempted to download it but I have
only been successful in finding paid versions not the one that is supposed to
come with Outlook 2007.

Office 2007 has Office Diagnostics rather than the old Detect and Repair
(it's always an excellent idea to post your software version when asking for
help as there are often big differences between versions). It will be on the
Help menu -- run it and see what it finds.

Microsoft Office 2007 (12.0.6015.5000) MSO (12.0.6017.5000)
Running the diagnotic it found only that I had memory problems. I would
hope that a memory issue would not cause my issue here.

Never mind, I just re-read your original message and saw you already tried
recreating your profile. Sorry about that.

Are you using a .PST file? If so, try running the Inbox Repair Tool against
it to see if it finds any errors. Search your drive for a file called
scanpst.exe and run it. Allow the program to make a backup of your file
before it makes any changes.

If your PC has a physical memeory problem, you could see any number of odd
side effects, including system crashes.
