Error Reports

When I try to open a internet window I get an error
report and it closes it down. If I have more than one
open it will close all of them. And in the last two
months my computer has gotten very slow whether I am on
the internet or not. Any help or suggestions would be

What Error message?

Make a note of the precise text of any error message. You can always look at these in Event Viewer. Start, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information regarding Event ID: and Source Description are important.

Some suggestions for dealing with slow computer.

Run Disk Cleanup. Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk
Cleanup.

Download Adaware and / or update Reference file from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
and use it to remove parasites.

Empty Recycle Bin.

Run Disk Defragmenter.
