error reports

Could anyone tell me how to fix or find out more about
error 1311 "source file not found" was trying to download
finepix version 3.2 from cdrom when i had this message and
also error 1603, saying consult windows installer help for
more info. I am a new user. thanks John

I believe you mean "install" the Finepix software. Contact Finepix for
help with their software.
