Since the error report is not in any way personalized, and is only a way for
MS to collect data on a gross level, it probably just died. Error reports
are one-way, and do not generate any direct response from MS. But, in the
long run, error reports help MS to make Windows better. It's kind of like
voting: if your voice is heard: it counts, but only a little bit.
