Error Reporting

Anytime i try to download something, an error reporting for Internet Explorer pops up! and when i hit the "send error" button or whatever it's called, it doesn't show me what's causing the error so i can't fix it! why is it doing that? and how can i fix it? please! thank you!

Perform a scan looking for malware using updated ad-aware and spybot:
