Error: Problem with Shortcut

When booting, I get two error messages titled 'Problem with Shortcut" , The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'GStartup.lnk' refers to is unavailble. Make sure the dis is properly inserted..
I have two error messages, GStartup.lnk and Microsoft Find Fast.lnk. I deleted both programs and tried to clean the two out of the register, but don't know how to delete the command for these two links. Can anyone help
