error printing hyperlink

Hyperlinks appear correctly in my documents but when I print the document
something that looks like codes prints. I have searched the internet but
can't find a solution. I have tried printing hyperlinks from other software
and it works correctly.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print | uncheck the "Field
codes" box | OK.
