Hyperlink printing problems

the logo and email address shows on screen but when the document is printing,
I get hyperlinks instead. How can I get the logo and email address to print.
Alt+F9 doesn't help.
 
On the Print tab of Tools | Options, is "Field codes" checked?

Tools > Options > Print, uncheck "Field codes".
