Error Opening WordPad

Hi i just updated to Xp SP2 now when i try and start Wordpad from Accessories
i get a error saying "Failed To Open Document" but it will let me open it
from right click, New ,New document..can anyone tell me why it won't let me
start it from accessories and how to fix it?

Right click on the icon and go to properties: make sure the target is
"C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe"

Hi i just looked and yes it says that in the target what should it say in
the Start In?
