Error opening PDF attachment...

Hi,
when I receive e-mails with PDF attachment and try to open it, I get the
error: "Error opening the document. The file is corrupted."

Notes:

- The PDF is created using export function in Seagate Crystal Report; if I
try to open it by Acrobat Reader I don't have any problem
- I create 3 e-mail with different attachment format for the same pdf: MIME,
BINHEX, UUENCODE
- When I receive these e-mails I get the error mentioned before only for
MIME, BINHEX. The UUENCODE has no problem.

Why does happen it ?!? Thank you for the answer....

See if you can open it in Acrobat after first saving it to disc. Run Acrobat
and use File | Open ....

Hi,
I try to open PDF after first saving it to disc as you mentioned below, but
I get the same error. On 2 e-mails (MIME and BINHEX) I see that the file
loses 1KB of its size, but into the third e-mail (UUENCODE) the file size is
correct:

For examples:

- 1 e-mail (MIME): PDF file size is 7KB - I cannot open it
- 2 e-mail (BINHEX): PDF file size is 7KB - I cannot open it
- 3 e-mail (UUENCODE): PDF file size is 8KB - I can open it

it's an issue with the file and Acrobat then and not one with Outlook. I'd
look into Adobe forums or support for the answer. I don' think many here
will know.
