error opening outlook 2003

hi
whenever i open my outlook it comes up with an error failed to register a vb
script dll. reinstall or run regsvr32.exevbscript.dll to self register. A
required action was not successful due to an unspecified error. the
operation failed, and the outlook closed. i have self register by entering
the command "regsvr32.exevbscript.dll" to the run command box and it tell me
DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded. but after registering many time
when i open outlook ig gives me the same error does any one know about this
kindly help me out this.

Yeh i have tried it a lot of time and also have reinstlall and install it
many times but the problem is same i have done a lot things but dun no wats
the prob i really need any gud solution as i m very upset with it.
